Initial situation
Recruitment and temporary employment agencies are faced with the daily challenge of quickly and securely managing a large number of documents including temporary employment, assignment and mandate contracts – and having these documents signed. Traditional, paper-based processes are time-consuming, costly and prone to error. In an industry where speed and confidentiality are key, an automated solution is needed in order to meet the highest security standards while minimising administrative effort.
Compliance with strict data protection guidelines (FADP/GDPR) and legal requirements for signatures (such as ESigA in Switzerland and eIDAS in the EU) is essential.
jobdesk®’s requirements
jobdesk® was looking for a legally compliant Swiss signature solution that was widely known and allowed full integration. The focus was on cost efficiency for the customer (both for signatures and for identifying contractual partners), as well as mobile usability, enhancement of reputation and an agile approach.
The SwissSign solution
To meet these and other requirements, SwissSign’s integration solution (via REST API) was the obvious choice. This allows recruitment consultants to send digital documents directly from jobdesk® and to have them signed electronically with legal validity by candidates, customers and external staff.
The qualified electronic signature (QES) from SwissSign offers the highest level of security and is equivalent to a handwritten signature. Integration allows the following processes to be optimised:
