Standard

The customer acquires the right to use a maximum number of signatures (package). The valid prices and maximum number of signatures per package are published in the signing room under sign.swissid.ch. Signature at QES level: in order to use this, it is necessary to carry out a personal identity check using SwissID (Level of Trust 2). The payment shall be settled online. The prices indicated are valid per order.​

 

Pro

  • Volume model: Price category is determined by volume: larger volumes yield a lower price category with a discount on the total volume. The volume used is billed annually in advance. If the number of effective signatures exceeds the contractually agreed number of signatures, the corresponding number of additional signatures will be billed subsequently. Basic fee / set-up fee is payable in advance. The “Volume-based” model cannot be combined with the “Per-user” model.

  • User model: The agreed user contingent will be billed at the start of the contract period. Users who have been active (i.e. provided a signature) at least once per contract year are counted for invoicing purposes. If the effective number of users is higher than the contractually agreed number of users, the corresponding number of users will be subsequently adjusted. If the effective number of users is lower, no refund or credit will be issued. The agreed user contingent determines the price per user in the first contract year. In following years, the effectively used number of users in the preceding period will determine the price per user. The prices per user include an unlimited number of signatures. 

  • Signature at QES level: prerequisite for use is a personally verified identity with SwissID (‘Level of Trust 2’).
